Tasting Notes

This was our inaugural barrel offering and is a wonderful treat to warm up a chilly evening. As this beer matures in the barrels, the hop aromas and bitterness begin to mellow leaving wonderful notes of dark figs, raisins and bourbon. This unique style of ale was born here in the Northwest.

Pale and dark roasted malts
